Additional Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers
Property blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Additionally featured in this new image drop appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and features a notes section detailing various parts of the land.
Accompanying this are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, including layouts for boat shelters.
More images disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative process.
